Prenatal Yoga
Prenatal Yoga & Couples' Prenatal Yoga Classes - Bookings are essential
Prenatal Yoga will support your health and well-being on many different levels throughout your pregnancy, and is an excellent way to nourish yourself and your growing baby. Yoga has been scientifically proven to decrease the duration, discomforts and complications of labour and it is an ideal preparatory exercise for labour and birth because it combines the building of strength with the opportunity to relax and let go. During classes you will have time to practise useful skills for birthing such as active-birthing movements, breathing techniques, vocal toning, partner support, visualisation, massage and relaxation.
Receive expert guidance on how to connect with your body, your breath and your ability to let go. Nurture your intuitive wisdom and inner strength, No experience is necessary and women usually join around 14 weeks after having the 12 week medical check.
Classes are $18/class at The Royal Hospital for Women in Randwick.
